Scheduling and Pricing

When scheduling the Bus for an event with us, we ask you to send us a message with the desired date and times of the event and the location. We will respond within 48 hours. All events should be scheduled one week in advance. We can schedule all the way up to 48 hours in advance ,but availability cannot  be guaranteed after a week.

When scheduling the Room for an event with us, we ask you to send us a message with the desired date and times of the event. We will respond within 48 hours. All events should be scheduled one week in advance. We can schedule all the way up to 48 hours in advance ,but availability cannot  be guaranteed after a week. The location of the Room is as follows:

Pricing is the same for the Bus and the Room.

We charge $100 per hour and require a minimum of two hours for every event. To reserve your time, we require half of the total fee upfront and the remaining balance 24 hours before your event.

For events outside of Cookeville, We charge a travel fee. The amount is determined by the distance.  The price of the fee will be totaled at booking.
